Officer Robert Quintin, assigned to the Outreach Team of the Special Operation Division of the Frederick Police Department, was the speaker and Operation Blue Thank You honoree at a recent meeting of the Francis Scott Key Lions Club. He currently serves as the School Resource Officer for the club’s adopted school, North Frederick Elementary School.
He related his policing background, which began with the Baltimore Police Department, and that he strives to build relationships with the students at NFES, Governor Thomas Johnson Middle School, where he is the School Resource Officer, and at Governor Thomas Johnson High School, where he is a liaison. The goal is for the students to have good contacts with the police.
