Officer Robert Quintin, assigned to the Outreach Team of the Special Operation Division of the Frederick Police Department, will be the Operation Blue Thank You honoree and speaker at the July 23, 2019 meeting of the Francis Scott Key Lions Club, as he tells about the duties of a School Resource Officer. He currently serves as the School Resource Officer for the club’s adopted school, North Frederick Elementary School.
