The Francis Scott Key Lions revived its tradition of an annual sports night recently. Members were encouraged to wear the colors of their favorite athlete, team, or sport. Seven members availed themselves of the opportunity, showing support for the Baltimore Ravens (5), Washington Redskins (2), and Red Wings (1). The club also welcomed Operation Blue Thank You, honoree, Frederick Police Det. Matthew Irons and his father, Thurmont Lion Mike Irons, to the meeting.
