Lions Clubs International District 22W Past District Governor Brian Cox will install the Francis Scott Key Lions Club’s 2019-2020 officers at their June 25 meeting. Cox, a member of the Terra Rubra Lions Club in Keymar, served as District Governor in 2016-2017 for District 22W, which is comprised of Carroll, Frederick, Washington, Allegany, and Garrett Counties.
The club’s 2019-2020 officers are: President, Duane Voitel; Vice-president, Paul Gray; Secretary, J. Lynn Stimmel; Treasurer, Immediate Past President Toni Gray; Directors, John Aulls, Sandra Evans, Guy Everhart, and William Grove; Membership Chairman Sandra Evans; Lions Clubs International Foundation Chairman Gary A. Bennett; and Lion Tamer/Tail Twister, Mark Morehead.
