CRIME PREVENTION PRESENTATION TO THE FSK LIONS CLUB

Edward Lulie and Robert Marker will speak to the Francis Scott Key Lions Club at their Tuesday 1/28/2014 meeting about the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design initiative through the Safe Streets program. Lulie, a practicing trial attorney in Frederick since 1979, is the Frederick County Community Prosecutor under a Safe Streets grant by the Governor’s Office of Crime Control and Prevention and co-hosts WFMD’s Frederick County Sports Weekends; Marker, the current president of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Gang Investigators’ Network (MARGIN), is a retired Frederick Police detective who is the Gang Analyst with the Safe Streets program.

The FSK Lions meet the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Barbara Fritchie Candystick Restaurant, 1513 West Patrick Street, Frederick. Dinner is $16.50 a person.
